I ordered transportation for my daughter's wedding on 8/1/2026 for my family. I've used this company for several years for my transportation needs. This time I rented a 14 passenger Mercedes Sprinter. My family enjoyed the ride, they expressed to me the driver was good, nice and professional. I was not riding in the van with my family but the driver, Gee was his name, kept me informed about details of the trip. He was very professional, pleasant and personable.
This company is my go to for any of my transportation needs when I want to relax and leave the driving to someone else. By the way, the company uses excellent drivers!

I inquired on-line about the possibility of renting a limo on 8/1/26 at 7pm. I needed the limo for 10pm that night. I received a call from Mike, and he was able to provide me with a beautiful limo 3 hrs before the limo was to arrive. Talk about EXCELLENT customer service!!! The price was reasonable, especially with such a short turnaround time. I couldn't have been more pleased. The driver, Ahmin, was superb, professional and courteous. Ahmin got us to our destination and waited until we were ready to return. The limo was very nice and clean.
This is how you gain customers for life. I would thoroughly recommend this limo business to anyone and will definitely be using them from here on out. Thank you again for your services and quick turnaround on providing me with a beautiful limo and priceless driver.

Would definitely use Crown Limo/DC Limo Service again!!! Mike who managed my reservation was so nice and communicative. I loved that they sent me my contract to sign before payment and had a safe and secure payment gateway. Price was the most reasonable I could find and I reviewed at least 3 other companies. Our driver, Maaz, was extremely pleasant and arrived a few minutes before pick up time. He messaged me when he arrived. He let us play our own music via Bluetooth and service came with wine glasses for BYOB drinks and they supplied water chilled on ice!!! I actually want to plan another event just to use them again!!!

My husband spoke with Michael and hired Crown Limousine Service to transport our party of 6 from our hotel to Arlington National Cemetery where my mother’s ashes would be placed in her final resting place. The reservation process was easy. My husband was very specific about our requirements because Arlington is extremely strict and we had a time frame that could not be missed. Unfortunately, my husband’s and my flight was cancelled. My husband called Michael and revised the reservation to 4. Again, easy. I heard from my family that the driver was on time and beyond fabulous. He understood how Arlington works and knew exactly how to get there and follow their process. My family raved about how fantastic the driver and experience was. We are so grateful and highly recommend!!!

Crown Limo has the best limos, courteous drivers and pricing hands down & will be there in a pinch. My family needed a limo the day before my cousin's homegoing service because the previous limo company we had scheduled was trying to flim-flam us by going up on the agreed upon price 4 times. Needless to say, Crown was available & gave us a reasonable price although we were calling the day before. I love Crown's calm demeanor & patience with us while going through a difficult time. 5 Stars baby & nothing less!!!!
